Chairman Mao Zedong (China)

Mao Zedong (1893-1976) was a Chinese proletarian revolutionary, Marxist, poet, strategist and theorist. He is one of the most influential figures in China's modern history. Mao was the chairman and founding father of the People's Republic of China from its establishment in 1949. He was also the Chairman of the First National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Honorary Chairman of the Second, Third and Fourth CPPCC National Committees.
