Most shows follow a simple format where the presenter opens the show with well-known music, a comedy clip, and then a trip somewhere down "Memory lane". That is then followed by "Trivia Time," music, more videos, and closes with music that everybody knows. It's all designed to be upbeat and engaging, keeping viewers' attentntion and hopefully making them smile with happy memories.

It's all about improving the mental wellbeing of our older audiences.

In addition, we try to feature...

at least one clip that takes the viewer down 'Memory Lane'.

We welcome anything archival that helps to rekindle memories of life when our viewers were younger, especially from the '60s and '70s.
