Z-SHORTS International Film Festival (pronounced ZEE Shorts) was launched at the historic Marjorie Luke Theater in Santa Barbara, California in February, 2019.   For a first-year festival it was highly praised for the excellent quality of short films screened and the attentive treatment given to filmmakers.

The 2020 Festival was screened at the prestigious Macrobert Arts Centre in Stirling, Scotland, UK and was similarly acclaimed.   And then, along came Covid-19!   In 2021, ZSIFF was presented as both an in-person event and virtually by cinemas & film societies in multiple countries.

Continuing on with this success, the 2022 Festival was rebranded as the XLNT Film Festival.

In the near future, we will introduce the XLNT Film Distribution Catalogue as well as the XLNT Films subscription streaming platform.
